StartX is a Hong Kong based team focused on bringing a taste of Hong Kong to the world. The journey started in 2023 with the creation of a small cafe called NOOK in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. The concept was a contemporary twist on Hong Kong’s traditional Cha Chaan Tengs, that has been widely acclaimed and proved incredibly popular for its food, interior design and ambiance.
We are currently busy on a new, iconic site in Hong Kong as well as an equally iconic site in London. This is just the start of the journey. Our ambition is to take NOOK and other Hong Kong inspired concepts to every corner of the world.
